Yes Hauppauge finds all "freeview" channels some of which are radio stations and they are all good quality.

When gbpvr config starts mapping drives and comes up with the 1-6 it gives the first one as strength ( I think) 3000 quality 100

I'm not really sure what to suggest. Maybe try explicitly setting the audio/video decoders to something other than intervideo and AC3Filter that are currently being used, on the off chance that one of these is causing the crash.

Just as a follow on to my problem, I only get the software crashing when I'm doing a digital channel scan when it hits a channel with a signal on it. Any that have signal strength 0 quality 0 it just carries on past but when it comes to a signal strength 3000 quality 100 I get the program has caused a problem error message do I want to send a report to Microsoft.

I can scan channels in Wintv, Winfast tv Power cinema without any problems at all its only GB-PVR that is giving me grief and I do really want to try this software. Anyone got ANY ideas at all

Tuner is Hauppauge 1300 I'm using BDA plugin and DVB EPG plugin
