Is it possible to schedule comskip to run while the CPU is idle, or at a certain point in the day?

I have a slow system and would like to run comskip when I'm not recording.

There is no built in functionality for scheduling later, but it is run at low priority, so even though its using 100% of the CPU, anything else requiring CPU should take priority over it.

There is something called comcut at some other fora (google for it) that has this option
P4 3GHz 1GB, 250GB, nVidia dualTV, GBPVR 1.3.11, XP
