Channel issue

My cable company switched a couple channels around awhile back, but I wasn't able to rebuild my channels until recently (had too many things queued up to record).

Anyhow, there are 2 channels that I can't get to show up in the TV Guide.

Channel 53 and channel 58. All the channels before and after these numbers show up fine.

Now here's the odd part. In the capture source, these 2 missing channels are in the list, and checked. I even tried Unchecking them, saving, and re-checking them.

On the Channels tab, it shows channel 53, but not 58.

Not sure how to fix this :|.

I'm pretty sure you'll find the new channels are there, but because their channels numbers were already used they were allocated some new channel number at the end of the list.

If it still doesnt make sense, PM me your zap2it username/password, then I'll take a look at these couple of channels for you.

Yep, sure enough.. the channels are towards the end of the TV Guide.. wierd. Along with a few others I didn't know about.

How can I get them back up in the normal sequence of channel numbers?

Anyone know? Is it possible to edit the DB manually or something?

The order is dictated by the channel number on the main channel tab in the config app. You can edit these numbers to match whatever order and channel numbers you want.

If I'm reading this right you just need to go into config channels tab and change the numbers around from there...
