Kworld Studio TV Terminator (PVR-TV 7131) worky?

I've searched and couldn't find anything about this card. The product description says "Real-Time MPEG 4/2/1 Encoding". Is anyone using this card or know if it will work? Sorry, I don't know what chipset it uses. Here is the link for reference:

Sorry, this card lacks the required hardware MPEG2 encoder. Its a software encoder card.

OK, thanks. I had my suspicions, but the "Real-Time MPEG 4/2/1 Encoding" was throwing me off. I guess that means real-time software encoding....not hardware.
