Unable to change channels

You'll need to reset the logging level back to the default 'debug' level rather than the 'error' level you currently have it set to, then reproduce and repost the logs.

Also, do you still have default 'use live preview if possible' setting set, or are you forcing it in timeshift mode?

I changed the logging level back to 'debug' and the 'Live preview mode if possible' is checked and 'return from timeshift mode on channel change' is checked as well.

Is it possible that the problem is that I added two instances of the TV Wonder 550 in the capture sources tab? I have two of the cards installed in the computer.

I just tried removing one of the tuners from the capture sources tab and then I was able to change channels. The problem with that is that I am only able to tune one show at a time. How do I set up both tuners to work at the same time?

I seem to remember some other ATI 550 Pro owner with two of these devices need to change following setting in config.xml to either 0 or 1. I cant remember the exact details, but you might be able to find that post with the forum search

I dont personally have two of these cards, so havnt tried it myself.
