Tuning SKY tv with Hauppauge HVR 1300

Hi
I bought a new winTV HVR 1300 and setup freeview channels successfully. Now my step is to connect up my Sky box to my card ( I am not planning to use the remote to change the channels at least for the timebeing ) .
I assume I can connect fro my sky tv's scart out to my card's s-video port (using a scart to s-video adaptor) .And my next step should be to add a new capture source.
I am not sure what I should select for the new capture source

recording source= ?? ( And other setting's for recording source)
epg Source = ??
channel changer= ??

You'll need to check that your Sky box outputs an s-video signal (mine doesn't), otherwise a simple adapter cable won't work. If it doesn't, I believe you'll have to make do with the composite video input on your Hauppauge card, or buy an RGB to s-video converter box. Once you've worked this out, you should choose the "Direct Recording Plugin" as your recording source, and then select either "Composite External Tuner" or "S-Video External Tuner".

The EPG source will have to be the XMLTV Plugin I presume (i.e you'll have to use a regularly updated xml file from one or other source on the internet), and the Channel Changer depends on whether you have an IR Blaster which can send signals to your Sky Box to change the channel (otherwise leave as none required and you then have to change your Sky Channel manually).
