LiveTV issue

Heres an interesting problem, I recently added a NOVA-T500 DVB-T card to my existing setup which gives me 2 additional DVB tuners, I already had a PVR350 and managed to get the DVB-T tuners above the PVR350 in the capture source list so they took precedence.
When scheduling recordings this works fine.

However, when I choose to watch a program already running from the TV guide (ie. Live TV) it always uses the PVR350 instead of the NOVA-T card for digital channels, despite the fact that all tuners are free at the time.
I would have thought the logic on choosing which tuner to use would be the same in both cases.

Am I missing something?

Tuners are used "top down" for recordings and "bottom up" for live viewing. Presumably to minimise chances of clashing?.
