KWorld 300U Causes GB-PVR to crash :(

Hi, Thank you. Shall try to get KWorld 300U up and running again Wed afternoon 10th Jan and post back here.

Added a PCI USB Adapter am wondering whether the chipset is any different and is less problematic. Shall check and post back here. (CMD USB0673 PCI to USB Open Host Controller from eBuyer).

Well I'm a little surprised that you are having trouble with Intel usb, they have a good reputation. Still adding another controller will give you options, either put the 300U on it or move other usb stuff onto it.
I wonder if your problem might be related to having two 300Us, probably best to try and get one up and running first.

No need to install just locate the file modbda2.sys on the CD and its properties will give the version number.

It's 2.0.0.12 in my case.

V3.11 sound more like the DVB application version number.

Same here - version properties of file are :- 2.0.0.12

Hi, Thank you for your reply. Not had a chance to try to get the 300Us that I'd bought from Savastore.com to work again but shall post back here asap. Not tried both 300Us one 300U only. With the problems that have been caused from installing one 300U to be honest I was reluctant to install another.
