v.9905 LiveTV no show

I am a freshly installed version of WinXP Pro and a ATI TV Wonder 550 pro. When I open up GBPVR everything is fine and I can navigate around just fine. But when I go to LiveTV the video freezes and the audio keeps going. Heck I can even hear the channel change when I use the arrow keys. The weird thing is I had this same setup working under WinMCE2005 but to save hard drive space I decided to use a fresh WinXP install. Attached are the logs.

Are you sure you've got a video decoder installed? What video decoders are listed on the playback tab of the config app?
