Help setting up FDSHOW for GBPVR

I was wondering if someone could point me to a guide for setting up FDSHOW for GBPVR. I have an HDTV and I'd like to setup upconverting and optimization for DVD playback and possibly other formats (DIVX). I saw someone posting results of this once but not a guide on how they did it.

here is a guide on setting FFDshow in general, I am assuming you already have it enabled for DVD playback. since I forget how to do it off the top of my head

A very up-to-date tutorial with various configurations depending on your system strength can be found in one of the sticky posts under the HTPC category at AVSforum. Careful on the intermediate and advanced configs though. they are great but you really need workhorses for system specs.
