Comskip trumps ShowAnalyzer

I have both Comskip and ShowAnalyzer installed, and I want to use the latter. i have selected it in the config menu, but Comskip is actually being used. Is there any way to force ShowAnalyzer and keep Comskip?

Put comskip in a different directory. Then put a shortcut link to it on your desktop. Drag and drop files onto the desktop shortcut to process with comskip.

Make sure you move all comskip* files to the new directoy, I think there are 4.
