I've had to gone back to 79.69, 79.91 won't work and it's acting up with my recordings. Real problem. No problem with 79.69.

None of the Comskip versions ever do anything with your recordings.

Also I ran VPRJ through VideoRedo and did notice some clips still had ads in them?

No support for MPEG-VCR with *.REC

Nobody ever asked me for support for *.rec, you could be the first one, just send me an example and an explaining how to interpret

the *.WME brights up Windows Media Encoder 9.

The .WME is intended to be used with MPEG-VCR. Open the .wme file with MPEG-VCR

When I get the file to run under MPEG-VCR it opens but there are not cuts.

Did you check the contents of the .wme file? YOu can open it with notepad. Does it contain lines starting with CLIPLIST:?
