Yes it is, actually it's version 99.05 and 99.12.

I think that would have been 97.xx, afaik you can still use access, but sql is preferred

1)Yep, what he said. Its 99.05 and 99.12. (ie downloads were called GBPVR09905.msi, then GBPVR09912.msi)
3)v0.99.12 from memory.
