I've tried to set up my new HVR1600 and keep getting an error when I try to watch 'Live TV'. I keep getting the this error: 'ERROR: Index was outside the bounds of the array'.

Any ideas what I did wrong and how to get it right?

Thanks!

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Thanks for the help.

I've zipped the files in the Logs directory. Hopefully these are the correct log files.

Also, I noticed that when I do the mapping scan, no channels are 'found'. However, as I watch the scan, I do see some channels having a signal and quality reading... I don't know why those channels don't end up in the Channel Found box?

The 'ERROR: Index was outside the bounds of the array' is because you've some how ended up with invalid channel mappings in the database. For example you have "T:2" when you should have something like "T:C53,602000,3007,QAM64,8~NID:182~ONID:182~TSID:3~P:301~V:785~A:786~L:000~PMT:42~LCN:41~E:T~N:>Nickelodeon".

Reproduce this problem, then zip and attach the logs. Delete and *.cache files from "C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\BDA" before hitting the 'map digital channels to EPG channels button.

Well, I tried it again and it worked. The channel scan noted the channels and I was able to set the tuning frequencies and watch live tv!

Thanks for the help!
