how do u record from red, yellow, white cables?

anyone show me how to record from red, yellow, white cables to wintv pvr usb2? I can see the video on my screen under live preview but don't see an option to record. i set it up w/ channels 2-70 that the epg picks up. i also created another one with just the composite as channel 1. however, not sure how to record.

What about: Ctrl-k in live-tv, or go to recordings-manual rec.
