Enable channels

I was thinking that myself...I think I will try uninstalling Nero first and if that doesn't work I will uninstall Pinnacle.

Were you trying to use this tuner for your analog cable? If so, then the analog portion of this tuner is not supported in GBPVR because of its lack of a hardware decoder. You will have to stick with any digital or HD broadcasts that you can receive via antenna.
