Cannot browse tv guide in 99.12?

Hi All

I've rolled back to 99.05 but wanted to check: when browsing the tv guide on the tv in mvp I couldn't get the highlighted current program to shift to the right to browse other programs? Is this a known bug? 99.05 works fine.

Could it be post 6 in the survival guide?
