Comskip finishing too early in paralelprocessing mode?

I received a messages that Comskip is sometimes stopping too early when processing a long recording in parallelprocessing mode.
The result is that there are no commercials detected in the last part of the recording.
When comskip is run again on the whole recording it does find all the commercials.

Does anyone see this behaviour?

Nope. Been running comskip so long, I don't remember the first version I started using. Never had a problem with any of my configurations on multiple systems, using multiple cards. Even 3 or 4 comskips running at the same time, no problems.

I have noticed that on an hour program, comskip MAY miss the last break, and certainly always doesn't detect the very end of the show and the start of the next.

I've attributed that to the need for tweak, and I haven't been bothered, as ComSkip does so well in general.

@Reboot If I remember, you're from Calgary too... Have you done a lot of tweaking for your comskip.ini for Canadian TV...?

Actually, Kelowna, BC, and I've done most of my tweaking for CBS and Space, although the settings work well for most stations in general, except SpikeTV.
