This was never part of previous versions, but something I would like to see is user control similar to the Fast Switching feature of WinXP, so I can actual limit what videos the kids will see.

I also want to see the ability to apply a different skin for different MVPs, smaller TVs require bigger fonts, and larger TVs can accommodate smaller fonts.

you mean something like 2 user accounts in GBPVR??
you setup a recording and tell it which account for it to be listed to??
