K, I have an ATI TV Wonder Pro 200 and I know this card has lots of problems, but hear me out. I've installed AvivoVideoConverter1_12, btwdmdrvinstaller5.3.8 (using 63 and 36 for card and tuner), and SoftwareRecorder.v27. I've used both the newest version of GB-PVR and an older one (GBPVR09813.msi). I've also installed the ati mutimedia center and drivers for my card (however the multimedia center sucks BIG time).
I've gotten this to work before (with the older version), but I've reformated since then. I've tried to redo all my steps but I'm hitting problems. I've gotten it so I can watch tv with no problem, however every time I try to record it says it's failed. I load up the Recorder Test and when I try to record it tells me that "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation" and stops. Attached is what is said when I click Details.
I'm stumped, I've uninstalled/reinstalled everything multiple times and been browsing the internet for awhile. It's just weird that it was working a few months ago with the exact same stuff I've installed now.
