DVB EPG stopped working after weeks of success

The DVB EPG on my setup has stopped working in the last few days (not exactly sure when), but until now it has been working for weeks.

I've attached logs.

Can you enable log flushing in the config app, then reproduce the problem and zip and attach the logs?

Can you try deleting all the files that start with "gbepg-" in your c:\recordings directory, then try again?
