DVB EPG double up

Ok I got the problem again. Was fine for past 2 weeks. Deleting gpepg*.dvr-ms files didn't help.

Emptied EPG. Verified nothing there from gbpvr.exe and ran Update EPG from there. Did this 3 times with same results. Enclosed are the last set of logs.

There is a whole bunch of "Already has recording.." and "Recently has recording..." log entries which I believe is due to the doubling up of all programmes.

is there a fix somewhere i went looking and ended up here at a dead end
