I was curious if there are options in GBPVR for contrast, brightness, color, hue, ect? MS Windows looks fine. and when I play movies with the DVD player or media player, they look great... but some of the channels seemed a little more Pinkish than others... and live tv seems DARK... I have used my video card's brightness control and got it up.. but when I exit gbpvr. Everything is SO washed out... I can not read anything... and the controls inside GBPVR of the main menu are so dark, you can still see them, but you can tell that they are very white washed...

So, anyway to internally adjust the brightness?

it does depend on what renderer you are using but
easiest way is to open in window mode bring up your control panel for your video card
then try them all
direct3d colours
desktop colours
overlay colour
not sure if there are others
so basically set the colours so you can see a bit of each(desktop/movie)while adjusting
you can adjust them independantly or together

once you have them looking the same adjust the tv output to a brightness/contrast/saturation that you like

you want to leave your tuner colours alone otherwise the recording is changed these are set in the factory and normally pretty good (use that as the standard)

Or depending on what video card you have you can use a GBPVR profile only when the app is open, changes the colours / saturation / brightness etc then changes back when you exit.

I have a couple of profiles set up to change some settings when I hit a hot key for the projector and they seem to work well. In the ATI catalyst application, under profile there is some "associated application" - so start there.

Thanks
