Config shows v1.1.4 but 1.1.6 is installed

I've been using Vista so much I hardly ever go to the XP side of my system but did today to do some updating and realized I had already updated to 1.1.6. However, both the System menu and Config shows 1.1.4. I tried both a reinstall and repair install and it stays the same. Did I miss a post or two with some explanation or am I just a freak? (Don't answer that).

It'll be something to do with you having previously used the 1.1.4 pre-release.

Does it really have 1.1.6 installed? You sure its not 1.1.4?

The file name says it's 1.1.6 and I downloaded it from http://www.gbpvr.com/GBPVR10016.msi. Everything I see says it's 1.1.4. I'm back in Vista but when I'm finished what I'm working on for Microsoft and switch back to XP, I'll search a bit further to see if I can find anything else out.

Sorry Martin, I wasn't clear with my answer in the post above. What I meant is that the file I downloaded said 1.1.6 and the link points to that file which I did download and install. But as I mentioned, the program only shows 1.1.4 installed instead. It seems I'll need to wipe out the folder and reinstall in XP. Really don't know why this happens as previous updates installed just fine.
For once, I'm kind of glad it's XP that's showing a problem instead of Vista.

I think I understood. Your file is GBPVR10016.msi but if you notice 1.1.5 is GBPVR10105.msi and so if there was a 1.1.6 it would be GBPVR10106.msi

Microsoft Clean up utility showed 2 versions installed though Control panel only showed 1. I uninstalled completely, started from scratch and am all good. Not really sure just what I did to cause this but why look back.
