Just a question about the software encoder. I'm planning to borrow an old Hauppauge PCI Express to test it out, but does the software encoder work at all with 1.1.5?
You see, I get about three channels here that are only on analogue, and they don't have much stuff I would want to record regularily, but I might want to make an ocassional manual recording. Basically, I want a really cheap way to replace my VHS deck for the very few channels that aren't covered by my Nova-T stick.
Can anyone comment on the status of the software encoder plugin, is it likely mess up an otherwise really stable system?
