Boot to full screen with EVR?

Sorry if this has already been asked, I did a quick search but didnt find anything obvious.

How do you get pvrx2 to boot into fullscreen mode (alt enter) when using the ERV renderer?

I must be easy but I cant find it.

Have you unticked the 'run in window mode' setting in config.xml?
