upgrade 99.12 to 1.2.9: Won't Prompt for resume, even tho checked in config

The long title says it.

Any ideas why the program won't offer a resume for Video or Recording even though it's checked in the config?

I dont usually use 'prompt for resume', but I just enabled it now and checked, and I definitely get the popup and it seems to work fine.

Reproduce the problem then zip and attach the logs and I'll see if I can see any reason for it not to show.
