UKTV Gold

In the UK with A Nova-T500, works perfectly, however i cannot seem to view UKTV Gold. Every other channel is fine, it's found on the channel scan, and added. EPG is spot on for it, but when i try to view it just a black screen.

Any ideas?

I think UKTV Gold is a pay TV channel, not one of the free Freeview channels.
