Hello,

First i had a WinTv Hvr-900 Tv card stick, but that one did not work with Gb-Pvr.

Now i have from a friend a Pinnacle PCTV Hybrid pro stick, after installing the drivers and the software, i want to setup the stick for use in Gb-Pvr, but he doesnt seem to recognize my stick. In manual search my stick is not in it.

What can be the problem, or maybe is this stick also not supported?

Many thanx in advance,
Koos

The HVR900 should have worked with GB-PVR. I have one of these and it works fine.

For the Pinnacle device, run the filtercheck.exe utility in the gbpvr directory, then zip and attach the filtercheck.log and I'll check what section needs to be in the BDA.ini file.

(the analog side of this device wont work with GB-PVR though)

For the Hvr-900 we had tried lot of things to get it working earlier, but i wont work, maybe you have a good tutorial so i can try it al again from the beginning?

Thanx in advance

No, not for analog. It will work for DVB-T though. The HVR900 would be exactly the same - no analog, since it also lacks the required hardware MPEG2 encoder.

No, and I'm not going to write one either, but its pretty easy - setup a digital capture source, select your device type, set the EPG to 'DVB EPG', then hit the 'map digital channels to epg channels' button to do the scan...
