Sound but no picture on BBC1 - Sometimes

Hi all

I'm just about sorted now with two Hauppage Nova-T 500 cards I think.

Only problem I have is that I cannot get any picture on BBC1 in Live TV. (Haven't tried recording).

All other channels are fine, and I have retuned all four tuners at differents times. Sound is ok and I get TV Guide and programme details when I change channels.

A couple of time I have managed to get a picture when scrolling thru.

Any help would be appreciated.

What video decoder do you have selected on the playback tab of the config app? Best to avoid the 'system default' selection since you're having problems.
