V1.2.13 - Exit Button is always shown

Hi,

i de-checked the exit "plugin" in the config utility, but it's still shown.
I don't need it, 'coz i can exit the pvrx2 frontend using the system screen.

Yes, true. That setting was only ever used in the old GBPVR.exe.

At some point in the future I'll probably implement support for this in PVRX2.exe aswell.
