1.4.7 config app error when run, shows no plugins, exception on exit

I think there was an updated version of the MovieWiz plugin posted that corrected this.

Installed latest MovieWiz and both the error on config run and blank Plugins tab went away. How is it that a single plugin caused the entire Plugins tab to go blank? Seems like better protection should be in place if possible.

Generally a problem in a plugin will be caught and just result in an error message being logged. This was a special type of error, not previously encountered, and not protected against. I'll try to protect against it for the next release.
