Assuming you want to do digital and analog, I'd recommend a common, well support card, like Hauppauge HVR1600/HVR1800. They come in various models including those with remotes.

Just got it and it has GBPVR setup in its database. Works fine with Hauppauge cards, with better range. Needs a few buttons reprogrammed.
