Reinstall of v1.2.13 in Vista

I had to reinstall the full program again in Vista. Everything again works fine with one exception. In trying to view a recording I can only see a blue screen. Everything looks as though its recording properly until I try the playback. Any suggestions?

I tried a few things and it seams to be working now.
