Crash on Startup

Seems GBPVR will start up fine on the first time, if i shut it down and then restart it again it blue screens and crashes the whole box. This was an issue 2 versions ago, but seemed fixed, seems its back in the newest release, anyone else having this problem?

It's unlikely GB-PVR will cause a blue screen (it's running at too high a level in the OS). My guess is hardware or driver problems - possibly with a TV tuner card?
