Resume on PCH

I see from the latest Beta Firmware info that you will be able to have 10 bookmark's for resuming.

Will this work via GBPVR as well and for this to work does anyone know if you need to have a HD on the PCH itself?

No hard disk is required (or used) but this means they don't work after you unplug or turn off newer models the unit. They might be written to flash later but that won't happen with mvpmcx2

Syabas didn't listen to sub's request so duration is not considered. LiveTV is also bookmarked so surfing channels will use these 10. Also if you return to a show in livetv, because gbpvr reuses the filename, the resume point will be wrong.

Thanks Martin....some sort of resume is better than none at all....hopefully it improves over time.

I've just got in the habit of bringing up the OSD prior to exiting if I plan to finish up later. Then when I want to finish, I just timeseek to the spot.

It works great with my analog tuners (PRV-500 & HD-PVR) since I've set them to record at a constant bitrate, it puts me at the exact time I specify (give or take a second or two). QAM recordings via HDHomerun aren't perfect, but it usually puts within a couple minutes of where I left off - it seems to be better since stepping up to 1.3.7 (did sub make any changes to the ts mux?)
