Tuner priority doesn't stay

I'm trying to change my tuner priority, but after clicking Ok, I go back in and it's back the way it was before. I move them around with the two little unlabeled buttons, that's how you do it, right?

Right now it's like this:
HVR1800 digital
PVR150 analog
HVR1800 analog
PVR150 svideo

What I want is for the two analog tuners to be switch around, but it doesn't stick.

This can be fixed by running SQLiteSpy, and executing the following SQL statement against the gbpvr.db3 file:
