MVP TS Files

I am having trouble getting the MVP to play ts files.
GB-PVR 1.3.7 and MVP dongle.mvpmc-20080930.bin

I get no Audio but file plays OK in Mplayer.
Sometimes the MVP will lock up after a minute or so.

I have looked at several threads but cannot get the ts files to play with audio.
Have tried <MVPTranscodeTS>false<MVPTranscodeTS>

Does anyone have any pointers?

mvpmc only knows basic TS files and will only work with good quality SD files with standard mpeg2 video and mp2 or mp3 audio. If there is no audio you can try hitting the Go key followed by the Mute key to see if there are multiple audio pids.

I would expect that the MVP could lock up if you try to use GBPVR to navigate the files, this is really a pass-through mode and GBPVR only has an mpeg-ps parser. You might have better luck with mvpmc native mode support which you can test if you have an mvpmc share set up.

Whether or not a file plays in mplayer is irrelevant to how GBPVR, MVP or PCH playback files.
