Net Radio not working

Net radio is not working for me. It says it can't connect or something like that. It works fine on my gbpvr install on my laptop but not on my home pvr. They are on the same network. As far as I can tell it is not my firewall. Can you take a look at my logs at your convenience to see if there are any clues to my troubles?

Sub, do the logs show what might be wrong??

It looks like its failing to connect. If its doing the same thing with ever station you try, then I'm guessing you have a firewall or antivirus software getting in the way.

I finally got to trying to work on this net radio problem. Unfortunately, when I turn off the firewall and/or my virus software, net radio still does not work. I also have a fresh install of the latest GBPVR. I have attached new logs. Is there anything else that could be set wrong. It works fine from my laptop on my same household network. Also, if I paste one of the radio stream urls into my web browser on the non working PVR, it starts downloading the stream just fine which indicates to me it is not a firewall problem.

I have attached the logs; hope they help.

It really look slike a firewall getting in the way. None of the network connections it tries to make are succeeding.

Well

I am at a loss. I have turned off the firewall (just using Windows XP firewall) and the virus program. I have downloaded Winamp since it uses shoutcast.com streaming. The winamp program connects and streams the stations just fine. If anyone has any ideas as to what might be causing the problem, please respond.
