Plugins show up in configuration but not in main menu

My plugins show up under the "plugins" tab in gb-pvr configuration, but not in the main menu of pvrx2.exe. When I checked the log files they seem to be loading just fine, but I cannot see them in the main menu. The only plugins I see in the main menu are the ones that were installed by default with gbpvr. Does anyone know what might be happening here?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Nevermind, just installed the latest version of gbpvr with no plugins.
