PostProcessing & recording not showing.

I have been running a PostProcessing.bat for the last couple of weeks to simply rename .ts recording to .mpg for some testing I have been doing reported in mvpmc thread. All seemed to be working fine but I noticed today some & I mean some recording aren't showing in the recording screen, but the majority are showing fine, the batch file has run perfectly every time & the files are renamed .mpg so am very confused why some would show & others not, I have no idea where to look for the solution to this??

Right a bit more info has come to light, not helpful from my point of view. Yesterday I setup my postprocessing batch to transcode .ts recordings to .mpg for playing on the mvp. Last night I had a recurring recording of Inov8 off dbvs & I had a look just now & sure enough it had transcoded but it didn't show in the recordings screen. The only thing I am wondering about is I removed the original .ts recording. The reason I did this is if I leave the .ts file & use delete from the recording screen it leaves the .mpg file behind. Would any of the logs give any clues to what's happening?

Hmm is it only me having this issue??

Anyway I wondered if could be <AutoRemoveMissingRecordings>true doing it's thing sometimes & not others? Anyway I have now set it to false & will see what happens over the next couple of days.
