Hi guys,

I've successfully set up my dvb card, the preview works fine and the EPG channel finder thingey worked perfectly. However when I try to actually use Live TV it drops back to the schedule.

PHP Code:
-02-25 03:29:54.859    ERROR    [1]    Unexpected error: GBPVR.Backend.Common.GbpvrException: Failed to locate configured BDA capture device

-02-25 03:29:54.750    VERBOSE    FindFilterByName failed to locate filter: Bluebird, BDA Tuner2
2009
-02-25 03:29:54.750    ERROR    Failed to find BDA tuner filter: B
2009
-02-25 03:29:54.750    VERBOSE    BDARecorder::StopRecording()

Which doesn't make any sense to me! Why would it work fine in the config but not work at all in PVRX2!? Sad

Can you run filtercheck.exe, and attach the filtercheck.log it creates?

What capture device do you have selected in capture source settings? The you've currently got selected doesnt match the names used by the drivers in your machine.

I'm not sure I follow, if it's not the same, how does it find it and be able to scan the channels (and watch in preview) fine?

I dont have your config logs, so cant tell you anything about that, but I pvrx2.exe.native logs is pretty clear that you have the wrong device type selected.

I fixed it (by totally uninstalling and reinstalling) -- not sure what I did differently, but it's working fine now. Thanks for trying to help me sub.
