ATIXCODE error

I am using a Radeon HD4670 and I am trying to use the AVIVO cmd-line option, the atixcode.exe, but look what happens when I try to run it:

hmmm,don't think it can handle .wmv as input...but if it does, then the /EMPG is telling it to input mpg files, not wmv...
it uses that param normally to encode all mpgs in a dir to something else...
for one-offs use it to specify input file type..
from help:
/Exxx file extension to accept (def = DVR-MS)

but that atixcode might not work anymore, they never really supported it and the accelerated encodes never materialized..
that said, it's still the fastest encoder available...unreal what it can do with h264 encoding...
[only problem it won't output ts files so h264 avi only..blah]
