system standby

im sure i read here of some form of program/something built into windows that will tell you what is stopping the system going into standby (could be wrong) - can anyone help me, my htpc doesnt seem to like standing by any more.

MCE Standby tool will tell you that something is holding it up. You can get it around the place (sorry can't remember where but it's pretty easy to find). Get eh beta if you can as that's got the flags to show something holding system, or something holding graphics.
