Fixing ubustream w/ cs4 is on the to-do list, but I don't know if any progress has been made. You should post this in the Community Skin forum, to get more direct attention from the CS4 devs (i am listed as one, which is an extremely generous designation).. I probably have the last CS3 installer somewhere, but I'm away on vacation so I don't have it available right now.

Have you tried it with the default GB-PVR blue skin?

I have somewhat worked on this CS4, but it is presenting a challenge that may make us have to copy the images into the legacy skin folder as well (which I know worked before). Some plugins require a different image lookup path for the same CommonDialogs dll files. Some need the images in "..\..\..\location", others need "..\..\location" when I try to map the images to the new location structure. I cannot have these dialogs break plugins depending on which ones are used.
This problem is only for legacy plugins that use CommonGBPVRUtilities, (which UBUStream is one of them).
