BDA driver-questions

Are these things that are installed already or need to be installed. The wiki page for ATSC says somethign about BDA drivers installed. Thanks

Ive got XP SP3 and HVR-2250.

BDA drivers are the drivers provided by Hauppauge for your 2250. In other words, "BDA Drivers" = "Drivers".
