I've seen several dealers selling the Dragon Tech ioBox 100HD NMT.

Any chance that it would work with GBPVR as the PCH A-100 or A-110 already do?

I don't see why mvpcmx2 wouldn't run on any NMT. I think the aluminum case is good if you you plan on using an internal hard disk, but probably overkill on a networked player. I find the price is $190 a bit expensive without having DTS like the A110, the EGreat's and the HDX 1000, but last year mpcclub did give it a good review when only the A110 could downmix.

tho i see it also has usb2 on front for fast transfer of media to internal hard drive...Smile
man i wish i had that on my a100...painfully slow to fill up big hard drive without...
i like it, they could take few pointers from the design IMHO...
[at least for the entry level boxes]

Well, I am a bit short of $ this month, but I was just considering what my next "neat digital toy" purchase should be. Smile

The refurbished PCH is very reasonably priced, but seems to be hard to get unless you're sitting right on the website waiting for them to "appear". And even then, there's a fair wait time before it arrives, from what I've been able to garner by reading on here and the PCH website.

Just looking at reasonable alternatives. Big Grin
