No channel name lookup after QAM scan

I just updated to 1.4.7 and I was hoping that this feature

- at the end of a QAM scan it will ask the user for permission to query the Internet for additional channel information (ie channel names).

would find some channel names to make the mapping easier.

But it didn't ask me for permission and the scan window looks like below - no channel names.

Am I missing something?

My cable provider is Time Warner Cable in Brownsville, areacode 78520.

Same problem here also. Please advise...

Maybe see if deleting the "c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\bda\*.cache" files, then rescanning helps.
