Fast Forwar and Rewind set time not working

Fast Forwar and Rewind set time not working

I have Fast Forward set to the default 60 sec. And Rewind to 30 sec. But whenever I Fast Forward it only goes about 10-15 seconds forward. Same thing for Rewind. Am I missing something?
