missing channels on DVB-T scan

I could not get any BBC channels when my transmitter, Winter Hill changed it's frequencies on 2nd December. After much messing I eventully had to rewrite the 076.ini file in the DVB-T directory. I found the new channels and frequencies, entered them into the 076.ini and all was.
